We travelled from Deltaville, VA to Solomons Island, MD on the morning of May 9 for first extended stay as a Safe Harbor marina. The winds and waves were moderately strong as we traveled north along the western coast of the Chesapeake Bay, but were coming from the south that provided for a more comfortable following conditions.
